Invoicing that knows your agencies.
Save each agency's rate, billing minimum, mileage, cancellation policy, and Net terms once. Then invoice in one sentence, and every rule is applied for you, with the math shown.
Made by people who invoice agencies too.
A real billing conversation
Got it. Meridian's agreement has a 2-hour minimum, so the 90-minute assignment bills as 2 hours at $75/hr.
Due date set to Net 45 per your agreement. Ready to send?
You set the rules once. The chat applies them every time.
01 / You know the drill
Five agencies, five different rate sheets.
The minimum you forgot to invoice
The assignment ran 50 minutes, the contract says 2-hour minimum, and the invoice went out for 50 minutes. Again.
Every agency, different rules
One pays travel time, one pays mileage over 50 miles round trip, one bills late cancellations at 100%, and none of them match.
Net 45 and a paper check
You did the work in March. The check clears in May. Nobody reminds the agency except you.
The January 1099 scramble
Five 1099-NECs arrive and you reverse-engineer a year of deposits to check whether any of them are right.
02 / How it works
Teach it each agency once.
STEP 01
Save the rules
For each agency: hourly rate, billing minimum, mileage and travel time, cancellation policy, Net terms. Two minutes each, one time.
STEP 02
Invoice in a sentence
Type or dictate the assignment like you'd tell a friend. Minimums, mileage, and due dates are applied automatically, with the math shown before anything sends.
STEP 03
Get paid, stay square
Card payments through Stripe, automatic reminders for slow agencies, a live view of who owes you what, and a year-end 1099 sheet per agency.
03 / Built for agency work
Everything the spreadsheet used to do.
Agency billing rules
Rate, minimums, mileage, cancellations, Net terms, saved per agency and applied on every invoice.
Rate sheet on record
One click emails the agency a professional Rate & Policy Confirmation PDF, so the terms are on file before disputes start.
Owed to you
Every unpaid invoice by agency, aged 1-30, 31-60, and 60+ days, so slow payers have nowhere to hide.
Year-end 1099 sheet
What each agency paid you, who owes you a 1099-NEC, and a CSV to reconcile the forms that arrive in January.
Automatic reminders
Per-agency reminder schedules and optional late fees. The app does the awkward follow-up for you.
A pay page worth paying
Clients pay by card on a page that celebrates them. Checks work too: mark paid, and the books stay right.

Common questions
Do my agencies need to sign up?
No. Agencies just receive a clean, professional invoice by email and pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH. If an agency pays by check, mark the invoice paid and your records stay accurate.
I work ASL, spoken language, and VRI. Does it handle all of it?
Yes. Rules are per agency, so your on-site 2-hour minimum and your VRI 1-hour minimum can live side by side. It works for any interpreter, and honestly any freelancer who bills more than one client.
What does it cost the agency?
Nothing. The processing fee comes out of the payment on your side, and it only exists when you actually get paid.
Is my data safe?
Payments run entirely on Stripe, we never see card numbers, and your invoice data is yours to export any time. See our privacy policy.
