Your Rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and to complain to a supervisory or regulatory authority.

These rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements. The Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, why we use it, and how long we retain it.

How to Submit a Request

Email hello@huvia.ai from the address associated with your account. State the request type and the information or account it concerns. We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized disclosure.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If a request is denied or limited, we will explain the reason where legally permitted. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a right that applies to you.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion through the account settings flow or by email. We delete or de-identify application records we control, subject to technical processing time and lawful retention. Stripe, Supabase, Emailit, DeepSeek, connected tools, hosting providers, backups, and security or payment records may retain information under their own obligations and policies. Deleting the application account does not automatically delete a separate Stripe account.

Limits and Third Parties

We can process requests for information we control. Stripe, Google/Gmail, DeepSeek, and other connected providers may separately control information they receive directly or process under their own terms. You may need to submit a request to those providers as well.
