HuVia Technologies LLC is committed to making I Hate Invoicing usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement describes what we build for, where we stand today, and how to reach us when something does not work for you.
Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Current status: partial conformance. Some parts of the Service do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are honest about that, and we treat accessibility reports as bugs to fix.
What We Build For
The Service includes the following accessibility measures today:
- Keyboard-operable interface. Interactive elements can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a logical tab order.
- Semantic forms. Form fields are built with proper labels so assistive technologies can identify them.
- Responsive layout. The interface adapts to different screen sizes and orientations, including mobile devices.
- Reduced motion. The app respects your system's reduced-motion setting through motion-reduce styling.
Known Limitations
Invoice PDFs. The PDF invoices the Service generates are not fully accessible to screen readers. If you need an invoice in an accessible format, email us at hello@huvia.ai and we will provide an accessible alternative.
Feedback and Contact
If you run into an accessibility barrier, or need content in a different format, tell us. It helps to include the page where you had trouble, what went wrong, and the assistive technology or browser you use.
